User Agreement (Last Updated Dec 26, 2024)

The TxGold User Agreement has two sections:

1. User Agreement, which explains the agreement between Restore Money Foundation and a user, including the responsibilities of each party.

2. Privacy Notice, which explains how we keep information about a user private and secure.

TxGold reserves the right to periodically update the terms of the user agreement and/or our privacy notice.  Any changes will be posted to our website, communicated to users, and shall take effect no less than thirty (30) days following notice.

Please read this entire document carefully.  By sending or receiving TxGold, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement and privacy note.
